Our history

The Forlopd, we support companies and organizations in protecting privacy and ensuring the security of the information they process, always adopting a practical and business-oriented approach.

Our team offers consulting services in the field of data protection and information security, auditing internal processes, as well as external data protection officer services (Outsourced DPO), so you can protect your company and customer data without affecting your current business.

With the entry into force of the Regulation (UE) 2016/679 in the year 2018, we have consolidated our specialization as an expert consulting firm in the protection of personal data: we carry out risk analyses, data protection impact assessments (DPIA), reviewing contracts and contractual clauses, as well as team training sessions, to ensure continued compliance.

Starting with the year 2019, we have integrated services that complement regulatory compliance in an integral manner:

Equity plans for companies (diagnostic, recording and monitoring).

Preventing workplace harassment (internal protocols, communication and training channel).

Internal breach reporting channel (whistleblowing), with technological solutions and management in accordance with applicable legislation.

We have developed to be closer to your company. Between 2017 and 2020, we opened offices in Madrid, Alicante, Seville and Ciudad Real. In 2023, we started international expansion by opening an office in Lisbon (Portugal), and currently we have, also, presence in Santiago (Chile) and Bucharest (Romania). We manage projects throughout Spain and internationally.
