This internal reporting system (Reporting Channel) was implemented within the FORLOPD with the aim of constituting an effective mechanism for identifying and managing possible violations of the law or deviations from internal rules, which could affect the reputation and image of the organization. simultaneously, it aims to promote an organizational culture based on ethics, integrity and transparency, to govern the activity of professionals within the entity, encouraging the prevention of wrongdoing and compliance with applicable law. In order to achieve these objectives, through the internal reporting system, any person who has or had a professional relationship with the entity can submit reports regarding possible violations of the law, including acts of corruption or other misconduct, thereby facilitating the initiation of appropriate internal investigations, intended to lead to the cessation of these non-compliant behaviors.
Consistent with the above, this channel is intended to report facts such as: sexual or moral harassment at work, discriminatory behaviors, irregularities regarding working conditions, conflicts of interest, money laundering, fraud, unjustified preferential treatments, breaches of legal or contractual obligations, as well as other facts that fall within the scope of protection legislation
public interest whistleblowers. Reports that do not indicate a possible violation of the law or ethical norms will be rejected, those that are not sufficiently motivated or supported, those formulated in bad faith, as well as those that are the subject of ongoing legal proceedings, to the extent permitted by law. Specifically, it is stated that this channel is NOT intended for the following situations:
1. Claims or complaints of customers or suppliers. These situations should be handled through the usual customer or supplier relationship channels.
2. Conflicts between employees. Disputes between employees must be resolved through the organization's internal procedures, such as mediation mechanisms or other internal dispute resolution procedures.
3. Personal aspects unrelated to the organization's activity. Aspects of a strictly personal nature, which are not related to the professional activity or the entity, not within the scope of this channel.
4. Situations that do not involve violations of the law, of the code of ethics or internal policies. The reporting channel must be used exclusively for the communication of facts that may constitute violations of the applicable legislation or of the internal rules of the organization.
