The personal data collected in the registration process will be processed by SEGURIDAD Y PRIVACIDAD DE DATOS S.L. This seminar will be recorded for the purpose of dissemination and reuse of the training material. Only the image and voice of the speakers will be recorded. 5. DATA RETENTION TERMS OR CRITERIA
The personal data provided will be kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were originally collected.
Once the data is no longer necessary for the processing in question, they will be kept with appropriate security measures, to be placed, as the case may be, at the disposal of competent authorities and public institutions, courts or the Public Ministry, during the limitation periods applicable to the actions that could arise from the relationship maintained with the client and/or during the retention periods provided by law.

- COMMERCIAL CODE – Time of 5 years, in accordance with the provisions of art. 51 from the mentioned normative act, regarding the obligation to keep commercial registers and documents.
- ACCOUNTING LAW NO. 82/1991- Between 5 and 10 years, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of art. 28 and 35 from the mentioned normative act, regarding the limitation period of the tax authority's right to establish tax claims.
