4.- DATA STORAGE TERMS OR CRITERIA
The personal data provided will be kept in accordance with the terms established by the following applicable legislation:
CIVIL CODE – Time of 3 years, in accordance with the provisions of art. 2.517 from the mentioned normative act, relating to the general statute of limitations.
COMMERCIAL CODE – Time of 5 years, in accordance with the provisions of art. 51 from the mentioned normative act, regarding the obligation to keep commercial registers and documents.
ACCOUNTING LAW NO. 82/1991- Between 5 and 10 years, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of art. 28 and 35 from the mentioned normative act, regarding the limitation period of the tax authority's right to establish tax claims.
5.- AUTOMATED DECISIONS AND PROFILING
The web page is not subject to an automated individual decision-making process, including creating profiles.
